I didn’t set out to start a business. I set out to survive.
A story about nervous system care, postpartum reckoning, and building something real from the kitchen floor.
After years of IVF, postpartum depletion, and quietly unraveling in the middle of daily life, I couldn’t find support that felt grounded enough for my body or honest enough for my mind. Everything I tried either felt too clinical or too spiritual to actually help.
So I started blending oils. Not for branding. Because my nervous system needed something that didn’t require a therapist’s office or a yoga class or a clean house.
What I’m Building Now
Harvest + Root is my answer to that need. And maybe yours, too.
It’s not a brand built on perfection or aesthetics. It’s built on lived experience, nervous system regulation, and the belief that your body already knows what it needs. Just listen to it.
Each bottle is made in small batches with organic herbs, therapeutic oils, and frequency infusion. Not for beauty. For relief.
This is for the mothers, caregivers, and sensitive women who are holding more than they can name and still show up. You don’t need to fix yourself. You just need support that fits into the reality you’re living in.
What I Don’t Believe In
I don’t believe in performative self-care.
I don’t believe in pushing through.
I don’t believe healing needs to look a certain way.
I believe in simple, sensory, daily support.
I believe in the power of slowing down, not shutting down.
And I believe your nervous system deserves tools that don’t demand perfection or pressure.
Sometimes, you just need a moment that meets you back.
